- While doing this particular position, always keep
your shoulder and neck relaxed even when you try to
press on your limbs in the opposite direction. Try
to prevent yourself from pressing on your head and
on your heels down to the floor.
This routine is the answer to my question of how
can I increase my height. This is effective and
